PANGAIA Community Guidelines - Our Code of Conduct

We are so lucky to have such a great community of followers across different social media channels and are very grateful for all the feedback and comments we receive. Interacting with everyone is really important to us. We strongly believe in freedom of expression but unfortunately, sometimes we come across comments or messages that are hurtful to members of our community. In light of this, we would like to clarify our community guidelines that apply across all social media channels.

We will do our best to moderate and respond to your comments and feedback quickly. Generally, we check in several times a day during business hours and once on non-business days. Please remember, though, that this forum contains the opinions and views of other users. Although we are moderating our channels to help ensure that users’ posts comply with these guidelines, we cannot be responsible for the accuracy or reliability of any comments or materials posted by users.


Topic Guidelines

We expect everyone to display respect for other members of our social media communities and stay on topic. We welcome your feedback and comments, provided that your content complies with our guidelines and are respectful to us and our community.

We do not tolerate posts that are:

  • Abusive, harassing or threatening towards others
  • Offensive, obscene, vulgar or depicting violence
  • Any form of ‘hate speech’ or the spreading of ‘fake news’
  • Hateful in language targeting race, ethnicity, age, color, creed, religion, gender, sexual preference or orientation, nationality or political beliefs
  • Reselling or advertising products
  • Sexually explicit, pornographic or obscene content
  • Deceptive, misleading or unlawful content
  • Violations of any kinds of intellectual property rights
  • Spamming, frauding
  • Solicitation of donations

Breach of guidelines

We reserve the right to determine, at our discretion, whether comments on our social media channels breach these guidelines. We reserve the right to moderate, hide or delete comments made on our channels, as well as block and restrict users who do not follow these guidelines.

Social Media Monitoring

Our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and Youtube channels are monitored and moderated during our office hours (9am to 5:30pm GMT Monday to Friday). These are not the ideal channels to publicly post feedback about our products or companies, solicit business, or request donations. Please use the ‘Contact Us’ section on our website for those topics. If you have questions, need support, or guidance we always aim to respond to you as quickly as possible.


Please note that nothing is private when posting or commenting on a public feed. The post or comments you make can appear in search engines even years later. It is important to ensure that you do not publish any comments or material that you would want to keep private. Please also understand that we might share your publicly published content but will ask for your consent beforehand.
