Did you know the the lenses of your sunglasses are partly made from captured CO2 emissions?

Traditional sunglasses use polycarbonate to make the lenses. Polycarbonate is a transparent thermoplastic usually made from 100% fossil fuels. But your sunglasses are different!

TWELVE technology is a carbon transformation process that captures and converts CO2 emissions into chemicals used to make fossil fuel-free polycarbonate.

Although 67% of your lenses are still derived from fossil fuels, thanks to this innovation, 33% of your polycarbonate lenses are fossil fuel free. A major step in the right direction!

The eartips are made from 100% cellulose acetate
