PANGAIA BLACK FRIDAY CHARITY DONATION PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Participants who donate to a Charity in accordance with these T&Cs will receive a unique single-use discount code of thirty percent (30%) off purchases (the “Discount Code”). Discount Codes are a digital tool. PANGAIA does not provide physical Discount Codes.

2. Your Discount Code must be redeemed by Wednesday, 4th December 2024 and will be invalid thereafter.

3. This Promotion starts on Friday, 22nd November 2024 at 08:00 am (“Opening Time”) in accordance with the Timelines set out below and ends on Monday 2nd December 2024 at 11.59 pm (“Closing Time”) and is only available to PANGAIA customers aged 18 and above.

Donation Criteria

4. When you donate a minimum of ten pounds (£10.00), ten Euros (€10,00) or ten USA dollars (USA$10.00) (the “Donation”), to any one of the four listed charities PANGAIA supports:

• Choose Love
• Tomorrow Tree Fund
• Bee the Change
• Coral Gardens

(the “Charity”).

5. To donate to the Charity, participants must donate via an iframe link provided on www.pangaia.com or https://pangaia.com/pages/black-friday. Donations cannot be fulfilled by using loyalty points from the Inner Circle programme.

Timeline

6. Inner Circle Members:

• Online (22nd and 23rd November 2024) Black Friday early access - Inner Circle members are invited to shop Black Friday. Make a Donation to chosen Charity to receive a unique single-use discount code of thirty percent (30%) off discount code (the Discount Code”). Communication via email only.
• Online (29th November – 2nd December 2024) - Email subscribers increased discount. Make a Donation to chosen Charity to receive a forty percent (40%) off discount code (this will only be communicated via link shared to the specific segment via email).

7. Subscriber:

• Online (23rd November 2024) Subscriber early access - email subscribers are invited to shop Black Friday. Make a Donation to chosen Charity to receive a Discount Code. Communication via email only.

8. General Access:

• Online (24th November to 2nd December 2024) general access - no Inner Circle account needed. Make a Donation to chosen Charity to receive a Discount Code. Communication across website, email, paid marketing, social media.
• In-store (22nd November to 2nd December 2024) - Make a Donation to chosen Charity to receive thirty percent (30%) off discount store-wide. No Inner Circle account needed.

11. Discount Codes are only redeemable against PANGAIA products purchased online at www.pangaia.com to be entered at checkout.

12. The Discount Code or any other discount under these T&Cs cannot be combined with any other discounts, but loyalty points can be applied. Discount Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

13. You cannot use your Discount Code for purchases on the PANGAIA REWEAR website.

14. The Discount Code amount will be deducted from your order total. The Discount Code amount cannot be used to meet free or express shipping thresholds.

15. Discount Codes may not be used to purchase other Discount Code(s).

16. This Discount Code is made available in three currencies: USD (United States Dollar), GBP (British Pound Sterling), and EUR (Euro). Please note that while the primary currency for this Promotion is USD, prices displayed in GBP and EUR are converted using prevailing exchange rates at the time of purchase. The exchange rates used for currency conversion may vary and are determined by Shopify or a designated third-party service.

17. Customers are advised that currency exchange rates can fluctuate. Significant changes in exchange rates may affect the final price of the product in GBP and EUR, making it higher or lower than the original offer price in USD. PANGAIA is not responsible for these currency fluctuations, and customers accept the inherent risk associated with currency conversion.

18. Payment for the items purchased when using the Discount Code is expected in the currency specified by the customer (USD, GBP, or EUR). Customers are responsible for any fees or charges associated with currency conversion.

19. Refunds and order cancellations will be processed in the same currency as the original purchase. However, due to exchange rate fluctuations, the refunded or canceled amount in GBP or EUR may not be the same as the original amount paid in USD.

20. The Discount Code amount will be deducted from any refunds for items returned where the Discount Code has been used for the purchase.

21. PANGAIA is not liable for any financial losses incurred by customers due to currency exchange rate fluctuations. Customers are encouraged to monitor exchange rates and make informed decisions before making a purchase.

22. PANGAIA reserves the right to modify or withdraw this Promotion at any time without prior notice and without any liability to customers.
