Complimentary Wallet T&Cs

1. Spend £175 or more in a single purchase on eligible PANGAIA products to receive one complimentary wallet (the “Gift”), subject to availability.

(i) Spend thresholds for this Promotion may vary by region, and eligibility will be determined based on the applicable regional threshold at checkout.

2. This Promotion starts on Friday 12th December 2025 and continues until cancelled by the Promoter.  This Promotion is only available to customers shopping:

(i) online at www.pangaia.com

3. Online:  add products totalling at least the regional spend threshold referenced in clause 1,(i) and add the selected wallet. The price of the wallet will be deducted at checkout.

4. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with other promotions. The Gift is subject to availability.

5. If you return part of or all of your purchase and the revised order value falls below £175, the full retail value of the wallet will be deducted from your total refund. Our standard Returns Policy applies.

6. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel this Promotion at our sole discretion.
