Which courier service do you use?
All orders, except for the USA, are shipped worldwide using DHL. USA orders are shipped via FedEx.

We offer 14-day returns from order receipt, but we extend this time over the holidays. All orders placed after November 14 2022 will be accepted with an extended returns window until January 20 2023.
