Yes. It is free to join the PANGAIA Inner Circle and no minimum spend is required.

 
How do I collect points?

Every time you purchase from PANGAIA.com, you will earn points - there are also other ways to earn bonus points. Check your account for more information.

 
How do I see my points?

Once you log in to your PANGAIA Inner Circle account, you will find your points and benefits overview on your dashboard.

 
When do points get added?

Some points, such as through tasks and achievements, may be added instantly. However, purchase points are put into pending status on the date you place an order. After 30 days, they will be added to your points total.

 
Will I lose my points if I make a return?

Yes. Refunds will result in a deduction of points equal to the value of the returned item(s).

 
Will I lose my voucher if I make a return?

Voucher will not bee reactivated, however, the amount of points used for it will be added back to your account so you can redeem new voucher with them.

 
I have multiple email addresses - Can I combine them into one account?

Yes. Points can be merged into one account - please reach out to customerservice@thepangaia.com who will be able to do this for you. This can only be done once and email addresses cannot be changed after doing so.

 
Can I redeem my points?

Your points can be redeemed for vouchers via your PANGAIA Inner Circle account when you hit milestones which can be viewed on your account page. You can also use your points to unlock special rewards, benefits, exclusive access, and more.

 
Can I collect points in stores?

Points can be collected only when shopping on PANGAIA.com.

 
Will my points expire?

No, your points will not expire but certain rewards do, please see T&C's on each reward to understand timelines. Earned benefits and vouchers also expire. To check expiry dates, log on to your PANGAIA Collective account. For more information on voucher validity periods, please click here.

 
Why didn't I earn points on my purchase?

You need to be registered and signed into your account to be able to collect points. If you are checking out as a guest, points will not be collected and we will not be able to add them at a later date.
